Application and construction method of two-way plastic geogrid
two-way plastic geogrid, plate forming, punching process and then longitudinal and transverse stretching. This material has great tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and this structure can also provide an ideal chain system for more effective bearing and diffusion of force in soil, which is suitable for large-area bearing foundation reinforcement.
purpose
The biaxial tensile plastic geogrid is applicable to the reinforcement of various embankments and subgrade, slope protection, tunnel wall, large airports, parking lots, wharf freight yards and other bearing foundations.
1. The two-way geogrid is used to increase the bearing capacity of the road (ground) foundation and prolong the service life of the road (ground) foundation.
2. The two-way geogrid is used to prevent the road (ground) surface from collapsing or cracking, and keep the ground beautiful and tidy.
3. The two-way geogrid is used to facilitate construction, save time and labor, shorten the construction period and reduce maintenance costs.
4. The two-way geogrid is used to prevent cracks in the culvert.
5. The two-way geogrid is used to strengthen the soil slope and prevent water and soil loss.
6. The two-way geogrid is used to reduce the thickness of the cushion and save the cost.
7. Two way geogrid is used to support the stability of grass planting mat on the slope and greening environment
Construction method:
Excavate the foundation bed, set up a sand cushion (with a height difference of no more than 10cm), roll it into a platform, and lay the grid. The longitudinal axis should be consistent with the direction of the main force. The longitudinal overlap should be 15-20cm, and the transverse overlap should be 10cm. The overlap should be bound with plastic tape, and the paved grid should be fixed to the ground with U-nails every 1.5-2m. The paved geogrid should be backfilled in time. The number of layers of paved geogrid depends on the technical requirements.
